March 11, 2015 was a momentous gathering of local & international mentors in a Mentoring Masterclass Workshop by John Cull organized by Youth Business International & DubaiSME in partnership with Young Arab Leaders – UAE Chapter. The workshop aims to redefine business mentors’ key role in helping young entrerepreneurs succeed aside from access to funding & tailored programme of business education. John Cull is a Mentoring Consultant of YBI UK who has a broad ranging experience as an international management & training consultant in the public, private & charity sectors. For the past 15 years, he has been building his reputation as a specialist in the field of business mentoring, firstly with the Prince’s Trust & for 10 years with YBI. John graduated from Oxford Brookes University with MA Coaching & Mentoring Practice.
