Design Thinking Workshop gathered Emirati and Arab women studying and working in male dominated fields (STEM) to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to design a new mobile app by Top of Her Game to boost female Emirati career ambitions and provide support throughout any of their career challenges – from the classroom to the Boardroom! Participants received certificates upon successful completion of the workshop.

The event was held in collaboration with Young Arab Leaders and Youth Hub and was hosted by Top of Her Game Founder, Christina Ioannidis with HE Dr. Mariam Matar as Keynote Speaker. Dr. Matar, Founder and Chairperson of UAE Genetic Diseases Association, is one of the leading influencers and a pioneer in the field of public education and awareness of genetic disorders, health and well-being of the community of UAE and the region. She holds senior and board level positions at several public and nonprofit organisations such as Dubai Cares, Reach Mentoring.
