Young Arab Leaders (YAL) is proud to introduce the YAL Internship Program (YIP) that aims to provide the youth, students, and graduates the opportunities to gain relevant skills and experiences in their chosen fields through a wide range of placements with selected organizations and companies within the YAL network. YIP connects employers with interns who will have a direct opportunity to be trained and developed for increased chances of employability.

About MAS Advocates:

MAS Advocates has been providing multidisciplinary legal services to our clients in the various legal fields including representation before the United Arab Courts, appearance and representation before Police Stations as well as Government and other competent authorities. We are a full-service law firm covering the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates in terms of representation and appearance.

Requirements & Skills

  • 4th year university or recent graduates from notable universities
  • Applicants must have outstanding academic records
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – writing and speaking
  • Must be willing to undergo 1 month full-time office-based internship
  • Must be able to start on August 1, 2021
  • Location of internship to be discussed
  • Resident of Dubai preferably
  • Must be sufficiently knowledgeable of the laws and regulations of the UAE

Role Purpose

4th year law students with significant academic record are encouraged to apply to our internship program. Our internship program will give the students a unique opportunity to assist the senior lawyers of the firm on broad range of legal matters viz., research and analysis of legal cases, drafting legal notices, case preparation for hearings before UAE Federal Courts, attend conferences and strategy meetings, etc.


  • Must complete the legal assignments in a disciplined manner and with a pragmatic approach
  • Must be able to attend the office of MAS Advocates during working hours and not work part-time
