We are glad to share with you that Young Arab Leaders (YAL) partnered with Al Ghurair Foundation for Education in the launch of the AGFE Mentorship Program Cycle 6 – Career Readiness. The program consists of a learning initiative where mentees are matched with professional mentors from various industries to fill skill gaps by sharing professional experiences and personal lessons gained from their own career trajectory. 

With a collective aim to support the youth, YAL Board Member Saad Al Rubaiaan as well as YAL Members Amine Bentaleb and Mohamed Kaoud had the opportunity to mentor in the program and contribute to student’ growth in their career paths.
