Following similar events in London, Paris, Madrid & Copenhagen, Professor Horacio Falcao, renowned INSEAD Faculty Member, talked about Negotiation Power.

A lot of the perception of negotiation success relies on the reality as well as on the negotiator’s perception of the power dynamics among them. Understanding the difference between the cards that are given to us and how to make the most out of them as well as understanding the difference sources of power, their risks and how to successfully manage them can greatly increase our success. Finally, understanding and managing the difference between using power in negotiation or using negotiation power can have a significant impact on results.
