I would like to share YAL’s vision with you. YAL is a network of members who are decision-makers and established leaders in various sectors. Our members are young men and women from diverse backgrounds in the Arab World who have a strong understanding of the region’s needs. YAL’s members strive to be leadership and entrepreneurial role models for the next generation. This is not merely a ceremonial role; the members of YAL actively work together to create a better future for our next generation.

A true Young Arab Leader is one who has the commitment to seek positive change for our region and also firmly believes in what YAL is trying to achieve through its members and chapters. We share a common commitment to work for our community and pave the path for a better tomorrow for our region.

There is no doubt that the right education combined with hard work has enabled us to rise to positions of leadership. Among us, there are leaders who have received the support and the opportunity to achieve success, and also those who had to fight their way through various challenges and overcome many obstacles to achieve success.

We are witnessing immense economic growth in the region and we have to ensure that this growth is sustainable and benefits the entire region. We can achieve this only by enabling and empowering the one solid link that we have with our future – the young people in our region.

Through YAL, we want to reach and support ambitious Arab youth who are eager for opportunities to show their talent and creativity. We have been fortunate to have had a good education and the right opportunities in life. Seizing the chances presented to us, we have achieved remarkable success in our life. We aim to provide similar opportunities and support for the young people in our region. Through YAL’s initiatives and our programs, we want to be the catalyst for the growth and progress of our youth.

I would like this website to be a platform for communicating our mission to every young Arab. YAL is keen to do everything it can to help young Arabs build a prosperous future. We call on them to come forth to pursue their aspirations, overcome every hurdle and strive to become the best they can be so that they can create growth and prosperity in our community, our region and the world at large.
