The Regional Internship Exchange is an initiative for young Arabs by Young Arab Leaders (YAL) and an array of partner companies in the Arab world.
It aims to encourage dialogue between Arab students and managers from leading world-renowned companies based in the Arab region, focusing on knowledge exchange in areas of entrepreneurship, leadership development and education. By strengthening relations between future junior managers from the Arab region and experienced managers, students can benefit greatly from this network to help shape the future of their national economies.
The companies provide interesting, high quality internship positions for Arab students who satisfy the internship criteria and are nominated by the YAL organization. An internship is a three month in-house training program providing practical work experience supported by skilled managers. The internship gives students an insight into diverse fields.
All internships will be offered for 3 months from July to September 2008.
