As YAL’s mandate includes spreading modern leadership values and fostering development of future Arab leaders, the YAL leadership programs were introduced with the aim to stimulate and engage young professionals in an effort to drive positive change for future generations.

Through this track, young Arab professionals have the opportunity to attain intercultural understanding by interacting with young international professionals in diverse fields and from different cultures.
